We’re an online booking platform connecting travelers with exceptional private tour experiences in France. We work with independent, professional local guides and licensed transportation providers to coordinate memorable journeys for our guests.

How It Works

When you book through us, we coordinate all the logistics—securing your reservation, arranging your experienced guide, organizing transportation, and managing all communication. The tours themselves are delivered by independent, licensed professionals who operate their own businesses in France and maintain the required licenses, permits, and insurance as mandated by French law.

Service Classification

Our platform provides booking coordination services. The tours are delivered by independent service providers (guides and drivers) who operate under their own French business licenses. This arrangement does not constitute a “package” under EU Directive 2015/2302, as the components are provided by separate, independent contractors whom we coordinate but do not directly employ or control.

Each guide and driver is responsible for maintaining their own professional licenses, liability insurance, and compliance with French tourism and transportation regulations.

Booking and Payment

By completing a booking on our platform, you’re reserving a private tour experience for your specified date and group size.

Payment is processed securely through our platform at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our site. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your tour details, pickup information, and contact details for your scheduled experience.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include the coordination services and tour components described in your booking. Any optional add-ons, meals, or personal expenses during the tour are not included unless specifically stated.

Your Right of Withdrawal

Please note that travel and leisure services with a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Once you complete your booking, our cancellation policy (detailed below) applies instead of the standard withdrawal right.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund processing: All approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Modifications: If you need to change your tour date or details, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on guide and driver availability. Changes requested less than 48 hours before your tour may incur additional coordination fees.

Unavoidable Circumstances: In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, public health emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control that make the tour unsafe or impossible to perform, we will:

Group Size and Pricing

Our tours are private experiences for groups of 1 to 6 travelers. The price you see is for your entire group. Whether you’re traveling solo or with five companions, you’ll have the guide and vehicle exclusively for your party.

We never combine different booking groups or add strangers to your reservation.

On Tour Day

Pickup: Your driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specified address at the scheduled time. Please be ready 5 minutes early. If you’re running late, contact us immediately using the number provided in your confirmation.

During the Tour: Your guide and driver are there to provide you with an exceptional experience. They’re local experts with extensive knowledge of the region. If you have questions, want to adjust the pace, or need anything during the tour, communicate directly with your guide—they’re dedicated to your experience.

Safety: Please follow any safety instructions provided by your guide and driver. Travel inherently involves some risk. You participate in activities at your own discretion and assume responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during the tour.

Special Needs: If you have mobility concerns, dietary restrictions, or other special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can communicate these needs to your service providers.

Service Providers and Insurance

The guides and drivers who deliver your tour are independent licensed professionals operating their own businesses in France. They are required to maintain:
