About Our Service
We’re an online booking platform connecting travelers with exceptional private tour experiences in France. We work with independent, professional local guides and licensed transportation providers to coordinate memorable journeys for our guests.
How It Works
When you book through us, we coordinate all the logistics—securing your reservation, arranging your experienced guide, organizing transportation, and managing all communication. The tours themselves are delivered by independent, licensed professionals who operate their own businesses in France and maintain the required licenses, permits, and insurance as mandated by French law.
Your tour includes:
- Private guide with deep local knowledge
- Premium transportation with a professional driver
- Pre-arranged tickets and skip-the-line access where applicable
- Hotel pickup and drop-off service
- A personalized experience tailored to your group
Service Classification
Our platform provides booking coordination services. The tours are delivered by independent service providers (guides and drivers) who operate under their own French business licenses. This arrangement does not constitute a “package” under EU Directive 2015/2302, as the components are provided by separate, independent contractors whom we coordinate but do not directly employ or control.
Each guide and driver is responsible for maintaining their own professional licenses, liability insurance, and compliance with French tourism and transportation regulations.
Booking and Payment
By completing a booking on our platform, you’re reserving a private tour experience for your specified date and group size.
Payment is processed securely through our platform at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our site. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your tour details, pickup information, and contact details for your scheduled experience.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include the coordination services and tour components described in your booking. Any optional add-ons, meals, or personal expenses during the tour are not included unless specifically stated.
Your Right of Withdrawal
Please note that travel and leisure services with a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Once you complete your booking, our cancellation policy (detailed below) applies instead of the standard withdrawal right.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy:
- 7 days or more before your tour: Full refund
- 3-6 days before your tour: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before your tour: No refund
Refund processing: All approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Modifications: If you need to change your tour date or details, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on guide and driver availability. Changes requested less than 48 hours before your tour may incur additional coordination fees.
Unavoidable Circumstances: In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, public health emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control that make the tour unsafe or impossible to perform, we will:
- Offer rescheduling at no additional cost (subject to availability within 12 months), OR
- Provide a full refund processed within 14 days
This provision applies only to truly extraordinary circumstances that could not have been reasonably anticipated at the time of booking.
Group Size and Pricing
Our tours are private experiences for groups of 1 to 6 travelers. The price you see is for your entire group. Whether you’re traveling solo or with five companions, you’ll have the guide and vehicle exclusively for your party.
We never combine different booking groups or add strangers to your reservation.
On Tour Day
Pickup: Your driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or specified address at the scheduled time. Please be ready 5 minutes early. If you’re running late, contact us immediately using the number provided in your confirmation.
During the Tour: Your guide and driver are there to provide you with an exceptional experience. They’re local experts with extensive knowledge of the region. If you have questions, want to adjust the pace, or need anything during the tour, communicate directly with your guide—they’re dedicated to your experience.
Safety: Please follow any safety instructions provided by your guide and driver. Travel inherently involves some risk. You participate in activities at your own discretion and assume responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during the tour.
Special Needs: If you have mobility concerns, dietary restrictions, or other special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can communicate these needs to your service providers.
Service Providers and Insurance
The guides and drivers who deliver your tour are independent licensed professionals operating their own businesses in France. They are required to maintain:
- Professional licenses as required by French tourism and transport law
- Professional liability insurance covering their services
- Vehicle insurance and appropriate permits for passenger transport
- Compliance with all applicable French regulations
We verify that our service providers meet these requirements as a condition of working with our platform. However, they operate independently and are responsible for the actual delivery of tour services, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance during your experience.
Platform Responsibility
We take pride in curating quality tour experiences. Our role is to:
- Coordinate bookings between travelers and service providers
- Verify that guides and drivers meet professional requirements
- Facilitate communication and handle administrative matters
- Process payments and manage the booking infrastructure
- Monitor service quality through feedback and reviews
As a booking coordination platform, we facilitate the connection between you and independent service providers. We carefully vet the professionals we work with and monitor tour quality, but the guides and drivers are independent businesses responsible for service delivery.
Limitations: While we coordinate your experience with care, we cannot be held liable for:
- Acts, errors, or omissions of independent guides and drivers during tour delivery
- Delays, route changes, or service variations made by guides/drivers in response to weather, traffic, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
- Injury, loss, or damage during the tour except where directly caused by our gross negligence in the booking or coordination process
- Closure of attractions, changes in operating hours, or events beyond our reasonable control
- Loss or damage to personal property during the tour
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government actions
Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and other travel-related risks.
Your Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and booking information
- Arrive on time for your scheduled pickup
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from your guide and driver
- Comply with local laws and regulations during the tour
- Treat guides, drivers, and fellow travelers with respect
- Pay for any personal expenses, optional activities, or property damage you cause
- Inform us of special needs, health conditions, or accessibility requirements before booking
Conduct: Guides and drivers reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful. No refund will be provided in such cases. We support our service providers in maintaining safe and respectful tour environments.
Age and Supervision
Children are welcome on our tours. Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for supervising minors throughout the experience. Some tours may have recommended minimum ages based on itinerary complexity—please check specific tour details before booking.
Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect:
- Booking information: name, email, phone number, hotel address
- Payment information: processed securely through encrypted payment processors
- Communication records: correspondence about your booking

- Your assigned guide and driver (to deliver your tour)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Platform Compliance
Our platform operates in accordance with applicable EU digital services regulations. We verify the business status of guides and drivers who provide services through our platform and maintain records of their professional credentials.

Accuracy of Information
We strive to maintain accurate tour descriptions, pricing, and scheduling information on our platform. However, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a material error after you’ve booked, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss options, which may include:

- Providing a full refund if you prefer to cancel
Tour itineraries may be adjusted by guides based on weather, traffic, attraction hours, and local conditions. Guides will always work to provide the best possible experience even when minor route adjustments are necessary.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (attractions, restaurants, hotels) for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Any interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk.
Photography and Content
During tours, photos may be taken by guides or other participants. By participating, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos taken during shared experiences.
We may request permission to use photos from your tour for marketing purposes. We will always seek your explicit consent before using any images featuring you in our promotional materials.
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform—including text, images, logos, tour descriptions, and design elements—is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without our written permission.
Reviews and Feedback
We value your honest feedback about tour experiences. When you submit a review:
- It helps other travelers make informed decisions
- It helps us monitor service quality
- It provides feedback to our guides and drivers
We verify that reviews come from actual customers who have completed bookings. We do not edit reviews for content unless they contain profanity, personal attacks, or violate our community guidelines.
You agree that reviews you submit will not:
- Contain false or misleading information
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Include offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- Contain spam or commercial solicitations
Complaints and Dispute Resolution

During your tour: Speak with your guide immediately so they can address concerns in real-time.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days. We genuinely want to resolve issues fairly and will work with you in good faith.
Resolution options may include:
- Partial refund for service deficiencies
- Credit toward future bookings
- Direct communication with service provider for clarification
- Escalation for mediation if internal resolution is unsuccessful
Alternative Dispute Resolution: If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your booking or tour experience shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific tour in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, missed opportunities, or emotional distress, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the consumer protection laws of the European Union and governed by the laws of the country where our company is registered.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your home country. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence.
For any disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaint process or alternative dispute resolution, the appropriate courts will have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
